Description
The Adams Rite 7100 is a 12VDC fail-safe electric strike designed for remote door access control. It works with Adams Rite 4500, 4700, and 4900 series deadlatches and cylindrical locksets featuring 1/2" to 5/8" latchbolt projection. This compact strike solves access management by electrically releasing the latch jaw, allowing doors to open without manual latch operation.
The 7100 fits aluminum jambs as shallow as 1-5/8" and is field-convertible between fail-safe and fail-secure modes. It replaces discontinued 7000, 7500, and 7800 models in existing preps.
