Description
The Securitron ASS-82 is a split strike armature set designed for M82 magnetic locks securing double doors where space is limited. Each pack contains two half-size armatures mounted on a single coil, allowing one maglock to secure both door leaves. This solution is ideal for narrow stile frames or tight architectural constraints.
The ASS-82 is compatible with Securitron M82 maglocks for standard door applications only. Note that door status and bond sensors are not compatible with split armatures. Each leaf receives half the stated holding force of a standard M82.
