The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a Grade 1 commercial-duty solution for offices, schools, and institutional buildings requiring ANSI/BHMA certified security. This trim pack includes heavy-duty vandal-resistant hardware, a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, and field-reversible components that simplify installation on standard 1-3/4" doors.
The lock accepts standard 6-pin cylinders (keyed-random, two keys included) and features a 3/4" stainless steel latchbolt with adjustable bevel front. UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and backed by a 10-year warranty.
