The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial lock designed for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and reliability. Built with reinforced stainless steel deadbolts and vandal-resistant trim, it solves security concerns in high-traffic commercial applications while offering field-reversible installation for flexibility and cost savings.
This trim pack fits 1-3/4" standard door thickness with a 2-3/4" backset and includes a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder with two keys. UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified.
