The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial solution for doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Designed for offices, hospitals, schools and institutional buildings, this lock features reinforced stainless steel components and vandal-resistant trim to withstand demanding environments while maintaining reliable operation over years of use.
This trim pack fits standard 1-3/4" doors and is field-reversible for flexible installation on either hand. The lock is UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified.
