Description
The TownSteel CDC-86-S-626 is a heavy-duty cylindrical lockset engineered for commercial and institutional doors. ANSI/BHMA A156.2-2011 Grade 1 certified and UL 10C 3-Hour fire-rated, it delivers superior durability and security. The independent torsion spring design supports multiple lever styles, making it ideal for high-traffic entrances, offices, and facilities requiring compliance-grade hardware.
This lockset fits doors 1-3/8" to 2" thick with a standard 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8", 3-3/4", and 5" available). Features a stainless steel latch bolt with 1/2" throw and deadlocking on keyed functions. Both clutched and rigid trims accommodate most BHMA functions.
