The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack is a commercial-grade entry solution engineered for demanding applications requiring maximum security and durability. Designed for doors up to 3-1/4" thick, this ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and UL/cUL fire-rating up to 3 hours. Ideal for schools, hospitals, offices and public buildings where reliability cannot be compromised.
This trim pack installs easily with quick lever handing and a field-reversible latchbolt, fitting standard 1-3/4" doors without modification.
