The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for commercial doors. Designed for offices, schools, hospitals and retail environments, this lock combines a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt with field-reversible handing and heavy-duty, vandal-resistant trim. Quick lever installation and standard nonhanded strike make setup straightforward.
Compatible with standard 1-3/4" door thickness and adjustable to 3-1/4" thick doors. Includes a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder with two keys and a 10-year mechanical warranty.
