The Dorma 7400 Series is a Grade 1 hydraulic surface-applied door closer designed for commercial facilities managing high-traffic entries. Its backcheck feature cushions abusive door openings, while adjustable spring sizes (3-6) and two independent valves provide flexible, temperature-stable control across hollow metal, aluminum, and wood doors in barrier-free environments.
This non-handed closer installs easily on standard commercial doors using included sex nuts and machine screws. Compatible with parallel, regular, and top jamb tri-pak arms.
