The Von Duprin 9827 is a UL-listed panic exit device designed for single and double doors in commercial buildings. This surface-mounted vertical rod system meets ANSI A156.3-2008 Grade 1 standards and solves the critical need for ADA-compliant emergency egress on high-traffic doors. The smooth mechanism case works with standard hollow metal door cutouts (86 or 161 configurations).
