Description
The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty electric strike for institutional and commercial facilities requiring fire-rated access control on single or double doors. Designed for bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2" or 5/8" throw latchbolts, this all-stainless steel strike solves security and durability challenges in high-abuse environments where standard strikes fail.
This fail safe strike operates at 24VDC and is rated for 500,000 cycles with 1,500 lbs. static strength. Compatible with most standard door hardware, it meets UL1034, UL294, ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, and fire code standards including NFPA-252 and ASTM-E152.
