The Folger Adam 310-6-1 is an industrial-grade electric strike designed for double-door applications with vertical-rod exit devices. Built entirely of stainless steel, it handles high-abuse environments while accommodating both swinging and Pullman-style latchbolts. This fail-secure strike solves access control needs on heavy-duty commercial and institutional doors.
The 310-6-1 fits double doors with vertical-rod spacing between 4" and 4-3/4", and operates at 12VDC (.51A) or 24VDC (.25A). It ships with PK keepers standard.
