The HES 7000 Series electric strike solves the challenge of controlling door access on pre-loaded or weather-affected doors. Ideal for facilities managers and security integrators, this fail safe/fail secure unit adjusts in-frame to accommodate latchbolt position and includes a pre-load release function for smooth operation year-round despite air pressure changes, temperature shifts, or warped doors.
Compatible with cylindrical latchbolts up to 5/8" throw and rim exit devices up to 3/4" throw on metal or wood frames. Field-selectable configuration supports both fail secure and fail safe applications.
