The Aiphone IX-SS-2G is a networked video intercom station designed for secure entry control and communication at building entrances. Built for facilities requiring hands-free, push-to-talk, or handset communication with integrated 3.5-inch color LCD display and 1/4-inch CMOS camera, it solves access verification and visitor screening across campuses and multi-building properties.
This unit operates over standard Ethernet (CAT-5e or CAT-6) up to 330 feet from your network node, powered by PoE (802.3af). It supports programmable door release control and integrates with SIP-based phone systems and ONVIF-compatible video management platforms.
