The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial door security solution for applications demanding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and durability. This trim pack features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant hardware, and quick lever handing to simplify installation on standard 1-3/4" doors.
The lock is field-reversible and UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours, making it suitable for commercial and institutional buildings. Yale backs this lock with a 10-year mechanical warranty.
