The Yale 8800 Series JNR8812-2FL mortise lock trim pack delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security for demanding commercial applications. Built with a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and heavy-duty construction, this lock provides uncompromising strength and durability for high-traffic doors up to 3.25 inches thick.
The trim pack features field-reversible handing, a 3/4-inch stainless steel latchbolt, and a 2-3/4-inch backset. It accommodates standard 6-pin cylinders with two keys included, and works with reversible curved-lip strikes. Installation is straightforward with quick lever handing and adjustable bevel fronts.
