The Schlage L9056L is an extra heavy-duty mortise lock designed for high-traffic commercial environments including schools, hospitals, and factories. Built to ANSI Grade 1 standards, it features a fully wrapped steel case, zinc dichromate-plated components, and a two-piece anti-friction tongue to withstand constant use and abuse while maintaining reliable operation.
This universal lock case supports ten functions in one body and is field-reversible for RH or LH handing without opening the case.
