Built to ANSI Grade 1 standards, it withstands constant use and abuse with a heavy-gauge steel case, zinc dichromate-plated components, and anti-friction working parts that reduce wear over time.
This universal lock case supports ten functions in one unit and features field-reversible handing without opening the case. Compatible with standard mortise preparations, it installs with thru-bolted trim and includes a fail-secure fusible link for fire safety.
