Description
The Schlage LV9040 02A 613 is an extra heavy-duty mortise lock built for high-traffic institutional environments including schools, hospitals, and factories. It solves the durability challenge in demanding settings by combining ANSI Grade 1 rated construction with a fully wrapped steel case and all-metal zinc dichromate-plated working parts that resist wear, tear, and door edge attacks.
This universal lock case supports ten functions in one design and features field-reversible handing without opening the case, simplifying installation and retrofits. The break-away spindle prevents unsecured failures and enables easy replacement. For expert guidance on keying options, finish selection (Satin Chrome), and compatibility with your specific door type, contact our authorized dealer team at sales@edlocks.com or 1-877-207-6067.
