It meets ANSI Grade 1 standards and features a fully wrapped steel case, zinc dichromate-plated working parts, and a two-piece anti-friction tongue to reduce wear while withstanding constant daily use and abuse.
This universal lock case offers ten functions in one, with field-reversible handing and floating mounting tabs for beveled doors. It includes a break-away spindle for security and easy replacement, hub blocking plate to discourage spindle manipulation, and a spring-loaded fusible link for fail-secure fire mode.
