The Schlage LV9070B is an extra heavy-duty mortise lock engineered for high-traffic commercial environments including schools, hospitals, and factories. Built to ANSI Grade 1 standards, this lock features a heavy-gauge steel case with zinc dichromate-plated components, designed to resist door edge attacks and constant daily abuse while maintaining reliable operation.
This universal lock case supports ten functions in one body and offers field-reversible handing without opening the case. The 630 finish is included. Compatible with standard mortise lock installations; floating mounting tabs adjust for beveled doors.
