Description
The Falcon MA381P is a commercial mortise lock engineered for high-traffic office, hospital, and education environments. This heavy-duty lock delivers reliable security and durability through a cold-formed steel case, hardened steel hubs, and a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt. The interchangeable core design allows quick field re-keying without removing the lock body, and it meets ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 and UL 3-hour fire ratings.
The MA381P accommodates standard door thicknesses from 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4 inch backset, and ships right-hand (left-hand reversible in field). It features a 1-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, bind-resistant trim, and optional electrified functions in 12 or 24 VDC.
