The Falcon MA381P is a heavy-duty mortise lock designed for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. This ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock combines security with durability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, one-inch deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and cold-formed steel construction to withstand constant use without compromising performance.
The MA381P accepts interchangeable cores (SFIC-compatible) for fast re-keying and fits standard door thicknesses from 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4 inch backset.
