The Falcon MA521L is a heavy-duty mortise lock engineered for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. This ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock combines affordability with proven durability, featuring a mechanical anti-friction latch bolt and a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers. It handles door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" and withstands constant daily use without compromise.
The MA521L accepts interchangeable cores (SFIC compatible) for quick re-keying and field reversibility between right and left hand mounting. Available in 5, 6, or 7-pin cylinders with standard G or A keyways, and optional 12/24 VDC electrified functions.
