Description
The Falcon MA531B AG 613 is a commercial mortise lock engineered for high-traffic office, hospital, and education environments. This heavy-duty lock combines security with durability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, anti-friction mechanism, and a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers. The interchangeable core design enables quick re-keying without lock removal, making it ideal for facilities managing multiple key systems.
The MA531B accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a standard 2-3/4" backset. It is ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 certified and UL-listed for 3-hour fire ratings. Compatible with SFIC cores from other manufacturers, this lock is reversible in the field for both left and right-hand applications.
