The Falcon MA531CP6 is a commercial-grade mortise lock engineered for high-traffic office, hospital, and educational facilities. This dependable lock combines a mechanical anti-friction latch with a saw-resistant deadbolt roller to deliver security and durability under constant use. The interchangeable core design enables quick field re-keying without removing the lock body.
Fits standard 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" door thickness with a 2-3/4" backset and comes furnished with two nickel silver keys. It meets ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 and holds a 3-hour fire rating.
