Description
The Falcon MA641L is a heavy-duty mortise lock built for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. It combines security with reliability for doors experiencing constant use, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt with mechanical anti-friction design and a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers. The interchangeable core (SFIC-compatible) enables quick re-keying without removing the lock from the door.
This satin nickel finish lock accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4-inch backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and UL 3-hour standards. Right-hand handing is standard; left-hand and electrified options (12 or 24 VDC) are available.
