Description
The Marks 22F is a panic-proof mortise lock for iron security and storm doors. The inside lever always retracts the bolt instantly, even when locked from outside, meeting fire safety codes for residential doors. It fits narrow-stile iron doors with 2-1/2" backset and accepts standard mortise cylinders compatible with Medeco and Mul-T-Lock upgrades.
This reversible lock installs on 1" thick doors and replaces older 22 series locks that require a key to exit.
