The Marks USA M8800 is a Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for narrow stile doors in high-traffic institutional and commercial buildings like schools and universities. Its heavy-duty cast aluminum chassis with stainless steel rail assembly delivers superior durability, while the smooth touch-bar design and mitered steel Panic Protector end caps minimize hazards and prevent abuse on single and double doors.
The M8800 is non-handed for flexible installation on 36 inch or 48 inch doors with standard 1-3/4 inch thickness, and retrofits popular door preps. Available in 32D Satin Stainless or 10B Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes, it meets ANSI BHMA A156.3 Grade 1, ANSI/UL 305, and 2013 California Building Code requirements.
