Description
The Sargent MD8606F 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified egress hardware. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it delivers maintenance-free operation and reliable security for metal doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and any environment where code-compliant emergency exit performance is non-negotiable.
This end-to-end (ETE) configuration with left-hand reverse (LHR) bevel and 32D (satin stainless steel) finish fits doors 24" to 32" wide using the E Rail. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes (panic and fire-rated). Hex key dogging and optional electric features (alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, latch monitoring, delayed egress, and more) are available. Contact E.D.
