The Sargent 80 Series MD8606F exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Built for high-traffic commercial facilities, schools, and healthcare settings, this rim-mounted device provides reliable emergency egress while exceeding ANSI/BHMA standards. This right-hand reverse (RHR) model fits doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with a standard 41" centerline height, mounting to 32D finish frames. Available rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths from 24" to 48". Optional electric features include alarm, photoluminescent coatings, delayed egress, and remote latch retraction.
