The Sargent 80 Series MD8643J is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for metal doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and reliability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and multi-tenant buildings, this panic bar provides fail-safe egress while deterring unauthorized entry through its durable modular construction and minimal maintenance design.

This right-hand reverse (RHR) configuration fits 32-inch doors with 1-3/4-inch minimum thickness and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike for fire-rated applications. Compatible with optional delayed egress, alarmed, and electric latch retraction systems for specialized needs.
