The Sargent 80 Series MD8673E is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and high-traffic buildings, it combines rim configuration with right-hand reverse (RHR) orientation to provide reliable emergency egress control and tamper resistance that meets or exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards.
This 24V electric model ships complete with pushbar, strike hardware, and mounting fasteners for 1-3/4" minimum thickness doors. Rail size E (24-32" door widths) is pre-cut to 32". Compatible with delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent, and monitoring options.
