Description

The Sargent 80 Series MD8674F-24V is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. This 24-volt electric model combines rim-mounted design with right-hand reverse operation, ideal for facilities requiring durable panic hardware that exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for cycle and strength. Modular construction and minimal moving parts ensure maintenance-free performance throughout the building's life.

Compatible with 1-3/4" minimum metal door thickness and available in four rail sizes (E, F, J, G) for door widths 24" to 48". The device includes 650 Top and 606 Bottom Strikes rated for panic and fire-rated applications. Electric options such as alarm, photoluminescent coating, and delayed egress are available.
