The Sargent MD8674J-12V ETL LHR 32D is a Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for metal doors requiring maximum durability and security. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and high-traffic environments, this 80 Series device delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle strength and reliability.
This left-hand reverse configuration fits doors 37-42 inches wide (J rail, factory-cut to size). Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes for panic and fire-rated applications.
