The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for commercial doors. Reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, field-reversible handing, and heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim make it ideal for high-traffic entries, offices, and institutional buildings where strength and reliability matter.
Fits standard 1-3/4" doors (custom depths available). Quick lever handing and nonhanded strike simplify installation. Choose from 17 finishes including satin chrome. UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours.
