This heavy-duty mortise lock features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible design, making it ideal for high-traffic office buildings, retail spaces, and institutional facilities where long-term reliability matters.
The MOR8862FL trim pack fits standard 1-3/4" doors and includes a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder with two keys. Installation is straightforward with quick lever handing and a standard nonhanded strike.
