The LCN PAH60 is a heavy-duty door holder designed for commercial and institutional applications requiring reliable, hands-free door positioning. Engineered for left-hand swing doors, this Grade 1 device uses a cast iron body with adjustable spring tension (sizes 1-6) and a 1.25-inch diameter piston to suit doors up to 5 feet tall indoors or 4 feet outdoors. The PAH60 mounts on the hinge side or top jamb with a regular or parallel arm configuration.
