The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock (PBCN8801FL) delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for demanding commercial applications. Built with reinforced stainless steel deadbolts and heavy-duty, vandal-resistant trim, it's ideal for facilities requiring maximum durability and strength. Field-reversible design and quick lever handing simplify installation on doors 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" thick.
This lock is compatible with standard mortise installations and ships with a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder and two keys. UL/cUL fire-rated to 3 hours and backed by a 10-year mechanical warranty.
