The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers commercial-grade security and durability for high-traffic doors in offices, retail, and institutional settings. This ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible design that simplifies installation and future adjustments on doors up to 3-1/4 inches thick.
Compatible with standard 2-3/4 inch backset installations, the lock ships with a brass 6-pin keyed-random cylinder and two keys. Fire-rated up to 3 hours (UL/cUL) and windstorm certified, it includes a curved lip strike and 10-year mechanical warranty.
