The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial door lock engineered for uncompromising strength and security. Designed for office buildings, commercial facilities, and high-traffic applications, it features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and vandal-resistant trim to prevent unauthorized entry and withstand daily wear.
This ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock fits standard 1-3/4" doors and is field reversible with quick lever handing for flexible installation. It's UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and includes a 6-pin brass cylinder with two keys.
