The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for commercial doors. Featuring a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, this lock is engineered for uncompromising strength in high-traffic applications. Field-reversible design and quick lever handing simplify installation on doors 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" thick.
This mortise lock includes a 6-pin keyed-random brass cylinder with two keys, adjustable bevel front, and curved lip strike. UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified.
