The Rixson Model 180 is a standard top pivot designed for offset pivot door sets and floor closers. It solves alignment challenges in full mortise applications by positioning the pivot 3/4 inches from the door face. This non-handed pivot features an oil-impregnated sintered bronze bushing and non-ferrous base material for durability.
