Description
The Von Duprin 35A rim exit device is a Grade 1, UL-listed fire exit hardware solution for single and double fire-rated doors with mullions. Designed for commercial facilities requiring reliable emergency egress, this smooth mechanism case device meets ANSI A156.3-2014 standards and handles door sizes from 2'10" to 4' wide with centerline mounting at 39 13/16" from finished floor.
This non-handed rim device (except with signal switch option) installs on both wood and metal doors using included sex bolts for fastening. Compatible with various outside trim and function options, the 35A features a deadlocking latch bolt with 3/4" throw and pushbar projection that depresses from 3 13/16" to 3 1/16".
