The S.Parker 950 is the door closer we recommend when a building needs reliable closing on standard interior and exterior commercial doors without a premium-brand price. It is a surface-mounted closer with adjustable spring power, so one unit covers a range of door widths and weights, and independent valves let you tune sweep and latch speed so doors close firmly without slamming.
Install it regular arm, parallel arm, or top jamb to suit the frame, on either hand of door. Offices, storefronts, schools, and rental properties use the 950 series as their standard maintenance replacement.
