The Sargent 1256-8804E is a Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for standard wood and metal doors up to 1-3/4" thick. This reversible, single-point latching device provides reliable security and quiet operation for single or double door applications, ideal for facilities requiring ANSI A156.3 and UL Fire and Panic compliance.
