The Sargent 8800 Series is a reversible rim exit device built for standard-width stile applications on wood and metal doors up to 1-3/4 inches thick. It delivers industry-leading durability and reliability with single-point latching, suitable for single or double door installations with mullions. Ideal for commercial facilities requiring ANSI Grade 1 fire and panic compliance with quiet, secure operation.
The 32D model (G Rail) fits doors 43 to 48 inches wide with no cutting required at 48 inches. Compatible with wood or metal doors; thicker doors require a 31-prefix order.
