The Sargent 8800 Series Rim Exit Device is a Grade 1 reversible exit mechanism for standard-width stile wood and metal doors up to 1 3/4" thick. This single-point latching device delivers industry-standard durability and reliability, suitable for single or double-door applications with mullions. It operates quietly while maintaining solid security.
The 32D model fits door widths 24" to 32" without cutting required for 32" doors. It is UL Fire and Panic listed, ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 certified, and compatible with wood or metal doors.
