The Sargent 8800 Series Rim Exit Device is a reversible, Grade 1 panic bar designed for standard-width stile applications on wood and metal doors up to 1-3/4" thick. It provides single-point latching for single or double door configurations with mullions, delivering quiet operation and solid security for commercial facilities requiring ANSI A156.3 and UL Fire and Panic compliance.
This 32" J Rail model fits doors 37" to 42" wide with no cutting required for 42" doors. Compatible with wood or metal construction, the 8800 Series sets industry standards for durability and reliability.
