The Falcon SC71A DS AL is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic commercial and institutional settings. Its single-piece cast aluminum body with heat-treated forged steel piston delivers reliable, smooth operation in schools, offices, retail shops, restaurants, and apartment complexes. Non-handed design works on left or right swinging doors.
This closer is UL listed, ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified, and ADA/ANSI A117.1 compliant. Installation fits standard openings with adjustable spring sizes (1-6) and separate controls for general speed, latch speed, and backcheck.
